Selections from the hundreds of New York wines in stock are open for sampling daily. For a small refundable fee, you can try
before you buy! Numerous Pride of New York foods, locally made jams and jellies, pastas, chocolates, sauces, pickles,
maple syrup, mustard and chutney are available.
Along with wine, Chateau Buffalo also produces DANCING BUFFALO CIDRE, artisanal hard
ciders made with locally grown apples. We present to the public many varieties of cider such as a dry, semidry, sparkling
