Welcome to Chateau Buffalo! Buffalo's only boutique winery and cidery, Chateau Buffalo serves up the finest wines
from New York's vineyards in its tasting room. Selections from the hundreds of New York wines in stock are open for sampling
daily. For a small refundable fee, you can try before you buy! Numerous Pride of New York foods, locally made jams
and jellies, pastas, chocolates, sauces, pickles, maple syrup, mustard and chutney are available.
DANCING BUFFALO CIDER
Along with wine, Chateau Buffalo produces DANCING BUFFALO CIDRE, artisanal hard ciders made with locally grown
apples. We present to you many varieties of cider such as a dry, semidry, sparkling and single varietals. Custom bottling
with your name or logo is also available. Visit us at Chateau Buffalo for a unique tasting adventure.
NEW BOTTLING! DANCING BUFFALO CIDRE ICEWINE "glace de ballet' Rich and full bodied icewine is made with a unique method of cryoconcentration,
where freshly extracted sweet cider is left outside until the water in the juice freezes and separates from the sugar, which
is gravity-harvested. The concentrated cider is then fermented into a delectable dessert wine by our winemaker.
On
its own as an apéritif, Glace de Ballet will warm the heart and caress the palate. It is also the perfect accompaniment
to lightly sautéed foie gras, a fine piece of chèvre or warmed apple tart. Silver Medal 2008
