From the orchards at Blackman Homestead Farm comes our port style cherry wine. Big concentration of cherry with a higher alcohol content.

Concentrated flavors of fresh summer strawberries in wine form. Crafted from select Senek Farm strawberries, it's delectable when on its own or paired with cheesecake.

An ice wine styled blend of mostly seckel pears, grown at Blackman Homestead Farm, frozen during the winter months to extract maximum flavors

Plums from Senek Farms were crushed, fermented, and fortified to creat a sweet and memorable taste experience. Nice for sipping with a desert or on its own.

Light and mellow texture and flavor, a little less acidic than most other ciders. Grown by Blackman Homestead, the Bosc & Bartlet Pears have less acidity than the apples.

A sweeter hard cider with an infusion of hibiscous and rose petals, juniper berries and vanilla beans, resulting in a fragrant and sweet blend.

Our origional dry hard cider, that was unvieled in 2006 to commemorate the establishment of the Central Terminal Restoration Corporation.

A  sweeter version of the original Polka cider, this one shows more of the fruity apple flavor.

Off-dry, smooth and easy going, our Mambo's compact size makes it the perfect cider to sip right out of the bottle!

A Hudson Valley Hard Cider. Locally grown pumpkins naturally fermented with fresh pressed Hudson Valley Apples. It is unpasturized and fermented with champagne yeast and a touch of local honey.
